Artfully Designed Grazing Tables
We build completely customized grazing tables to create a centrepiece for your event, a gathering place for both conversation and indulgence. Gather was created from a love of food and love of art. In fact, our first ever event was catering a local art show. We believe that food can bring people together, like a universal language. Operating out of Greater Vancouver, we source fresh seasonal produce and locally-made goods for our tables whenever possible.

WHERE DO YOU CATER?
We cater to any events in the Greater Vancouver area of British Columbia.
HOW MANY PEOPLE DO YOUR TABLES SERVE?
Our smallest table feeds 20 people, from there, you can add as many other people as you'd like!
DO YOU CATER TO SPECIAL DIETS?
Yes! Every one of our grazing tables are custom to you. Gluten-free, vegan, vegetarian, just name it and we can do it!
I'VE BOOKED YOUR SERVICES! DO YOU NEED ANYTHING FROM ME?
All we need from you is a table or surface large enough to build our spread on. We will specify how much space we will need when planning the event with you.
DO YOU PROVIDE SERVING UTENSILS AND DISHES?
Yes, we bring along compostable dishes and utensils with our tables. If you would prefer to use regular tableware, we will happily rent them for the day at an added cost.
WHAT CAN I EXPECT ON THE DAY OF THE EVENT?
On the day of your event, we will arrive with all food fully prepared. Set-up takes anywhere from 1-3 hours depending on the size of the table. Access to running water and a fridge is appreciated but not absolutely necessary. Once we are all set up, we leave to the sounds of oohs and aahs of your arriving guests! All food is laid directly on the table with parchment paper underneath. Clean-up is as easy as packing away any leftover food you would like to save and rolling up the parchment.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
We understand that life happens and things may change. For custom tables and boxes, we take a 50% deposit at time of booking to secure your event date. This deposit is fully refundable with 1 weeks notice.
For subscription boxes, we provide a full refund with 2 weeks notice prior to your first monthly box. Should you require a refund after your first box, you will be charged full price for any boxes you received ($80/box instead of the discounted price for subscribing), plus any delivery fees, and be refunded the remaining amount.
